Module 1

TFH 3

You will learn what kinesiology is and where it came from and its basics

You will learn:

  • Muscle monitoring and testing of 14 basic muscles in standing
  • Meridian system
  • Basic balancing through spinal reflexes, neurolymphatic and neurovascular points
  • Basic information about muscles - origin, insertion, spindle cells, Golgi tendon
  • Triangle of health
  • E.S.R. technique - emotional stress release
  • Basic techniques for working with pain
  • Perform basic balancing Fix as you go

Module 2

TFH 2

  • Test another 14 muscles in standing
  • The law of the five elements
  • The concept of overenergy and unerenergy - alarm points
  • Finding imbalance over 1 point (circuit locating)
  • How to test food
  • Meridian massage
  • Other techniques for working with recent pain

Module 3

TFH 3

We’ll have a look at how body cooperates

You will learn:

  • Test another 14 muscles in standing
  • Test the muscles while lying down
  • Techniques for balancing with emotions, colours and food
  • Circuit retaining mode
  • Reactivity and gaits
  • Techniques for working with chronical pain

Module 4

TFH 4

We'll look even more deeply at how everything in the body relates to everything

You will learn:

  • Even more about the law of five elements
  • Other acupressure holding points
  • Tibetan Eights
  • Balancing using 42 muscles and other techniques

Proficiency

This is where we put it all together. You will be introduced to the TFH menu and have the opportunity to review and practice everything you have learned so far. It's an opportunity to ask questions, gain new insights and become even more confident in your work.

Taught by a different instructor than TFH 1-4: opportunity for new insights and knowledge.

Assessment

A one-day assessment where you have a unique opportunity to get feedback on your work, clarify any uncertainties, and gain enough confidence to continue working with Touch for Health.
