Touch for Health sessions are shorter. You can calm your mind and really feel your body. Through subtle but specifically chosen techniques you can experience surprising sensations, perceptions and insights.

One Brain® sessions are more comprehensive. The basis is still touch, but space is also devoted to mental work to understand your issue from multiple sides and to do everything possible to make it permanently stop being an issue for you.
